the device also has no hardware details such as model, manufacturer device id or signatures, and no drivers can be installed to it (ass explained in my previous post(s). if you looked at my screen shots of the device manager in my original post you would see that the "only" Bluetooth device shown is the " Bluetooth Radio" under other devices. the only Bluetooth adapter my pc has is the built in one. my pc on the other hand does not have other Bluetooth devices installed (i checked printers and devices). Hope this helps Unfortunately not, the difference between my problem and the problem in the video is his pc's built in Bluetooth adapter is installed an functioning normally, those services belongs to other devices. Here's my Bose NC700 Bluetooth headphones for example and the services used. It has to do with services your BT devices are using when you connect them to the system. I'd just leave them alone since especially since I know what they are. See this (silent) YouTube video - Bluetooth Services in Windows 10 (Other devices in Device manager). If you un-check them in " Services", they'll be removed from Device Manager. Note that they should correspond to what's in Device Manager under "Other". Right click them, click Properties, and if they have a "Services" tab, click it and note the services used. This can be found my also visiting " Printers and Devices" and looking at " Devices". the driver it had was Realtek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter, when trying to reinstall it it it shows the followingĪttachment 281070I have the same thing. My internal Bluetooth device shows up in my device manager under other devices, but i cant install any drivers. I have seen this problem come up a lot, but the problem still hasn't been solved.
